Morgantown, W.Va – To improve efficiency and shift resources toward peak hours, Information Technology Services will close the service desk at 10 p.m. instead of midnight Sundays through Thursdays. Friday and Saturday hours will not change.
From Aug. 1 through Nov. 30, for example, the service desk received more than 12,260 calls between the normal business hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. During all other times, the volume of calls was less than 730.
Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
