To All WVU Benefits-Eligible Employees:
Morgantown, W.Va. — Open Enrollment continues through May 15 and is the only opportunity for a benefits-eligible employees to make changes to their WVU benefits plans without a qualifying life event. Changes are effective for Plan Year 2017, beginning July 1, 2016.
If you are a PEIA PPB Plan (A, B, C or D) policyholder, PEIA is requiring you to complete Year Two of their Healthy Tomorrows Initiative by May 15. Policyholders will incur an additional $500 medical deductible in any year which the criteria is not met. The Healthy Tomorrows Initiative does not apply to Health Plan policyholders.
Benefits Specialists will be available at locations throughout campus during the week of May 2 to assist employees with their Open Enrollment questions.
