Morgantown, W.Va. — WVU Information Technology Services has been working diligently to improve the WVU+kc (Kuali Coeus) electronic research administration tool over the past year. Last June, WVU+kc customers identified ten enhancements that they would like to see made to the IRB Protocol module. To date, seven of those enhancements have been implemented. We are happy to announce that we will be releasing greatly improved search functionality in May and later this summer, we plan to unveil a new user interface that will automatically display the research activity associated with the person logged into WVU+kc.
We have scheduled five focus group sessions for the 2nd week of May to allow WVU+kc customers to see the initial redesign and functionality of the new user interface and provide feedback. Input from your individual perspective is vital to ensure that this effort benefits the diverse group of professionals using this application. In order to allow us to actively engage with all participants, sessions are limited to the first ten participants registered. You can register here for a session.
I look forward to hearing from you,
