Morgantown, W.Va. – Procurement, Contracting & Payment Services has updated the WVU/WVURC Travel Manual. The changes are designed to reduce traveler frustration.

A written travel authorization is no longer required. Approval for the use of a personal vehicle (versus using a rental car) is no longer required. In addition, sales tax paid with personal funds on travel-related expenses will now be reimbursed.

This manual will apply to all travel occurring on April 1, 2015 and after. The previous manual will apply to any prior dates.
