WVU ITS support for NRCCE can be sought in a few ways.

  1. Go to the ITS website and click “Log a Ticket.”
  2. Call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.  They will ask for your WVU employee number (some call it your 700 number) so have it ready.
  3. Contact ITS service providers at the NRCCE Bldg., WVU Evansdale Campus.
