Morgantown W.Va. — Procurement Contracting and Payment Services (PCPS) is working to address some issues with the routing of approvals on Mountaineer Marketplace purchases, but employees using the system can help. Any WVU faculty or staff member whose role, supervisor or EBO (Expert Business Office) has changed in the past few months should contact their current EBO to ensure their data is correct in Mountaineer Administrative Processes (MAP). Mountaineer Marketplace relies on MAP to determine who you are and where to route requests for the proper approvals. If your information in MAP is not current, your approval process may be wrong.
